Refunds & Returns

We offer free returns on all unopened dry goods within 14 days of delivery. Shipping will be deducted from returns on any dry goods that are returned opened or not in new condition. No refunds, returns or exchanges on livestock (corals, fish or inverts).

Buyer Protection

We use specific packing means necessary to ensure the safe arrival of all items and livestock. If any items arrive damage from shipping, please visit our Contact Page or email support@gingerbreadcorals.com within 48 hours of delivery and the situation will be properly handled.

DOA (Dead On Arrival)

In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must send very clear digital photos of the dead coral both in the shipping bag and out of bag within 2 hours of delivery (UPS posted time). Once we receive the digital photos, and we receive the deceased coral (if applicable), we will issue a store credit. The store credit does not include the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds, we only give credit toward future orders. We cannot guarantee replacement of the same coral purchased.

In the event that a buyer does not contact Gingerbread Tropical Fish & Coral in the specified 2 hour time frame, GBTFC reserves the right to decline DOA coverage. Such cases will be reviewed at management’s discretion.

Once the livestock is in your tank, we have no control over the conditions, so no warranty is implied past delivery. If free shipping was applied to the order we will deduct all shipping costs from credit. If you have further concerns please feel free to email
